HIRING VETS
Know how many vets you can actually hire.
For every clinic you run, we count the licensed vets within reach and tell you how many you could realistically hire — before a role sits open for six months.

01 / THE PROBLEM
Growing without knowing your talent pool is expensive
As veterinary networks grow, decision-making becomes harder — not easier.
Most operators face the same constraints:
- ● You’re hiring without knowing how many vets are actually within reach of each clinic
- ● Two of your own clinics compete for the same candidate and nobody notices
- ● A competitor opens nearby and you find out late
- ● Reputation problems surface after they’ve cost you
Effort is rarely the problem. Knowing what’s around you is.
We make that visible before it costs you a year of open roles.
02 / WHAT YOU GET
What you get
The data
Every licensed DVM, RVT, and LVT near each of your clinics — not a national file you have to filter yourself.
The analysis
How many of them you could realistically hire, per location. Some markets are full. Better to know which ones.
The outreach
We can match candidates to your open roles and sync them into your ATS. Or run the outreach ourselves.
03 / THE KIND OF QUESTION WE ANSWER
The kind of question we answer
Illustrations, not case studies — these are the shapes of question operators bring us.
Where should we open next? You’re looking at three states. The raw licence counts say one of them has the most vets. That’s usually the wrong answer — what matters is how many are within drive time of where you’d actually put the clinic, and how many other people are hiring them. We work that out per candidate site.
Why can’t we fill this role? A role has been open for months and the assumption is pay. Sometimes it is. Sometimes there are eleven qualified people in range and nine already work for you or your nearest competitor. Those are different problems with different fixes, and you can’t tell which without counting.
Which of our clinics is most exposed? You feel staffing pressure across the network but not where it’s worst. We look at how thin each location’s local pool is relative to what it needs, so you know where a single resignation hurts.
04 / PROOF
A 60-clinic network, 20+ hires
A 60-clinic veterinary network came to us to find DVMs. We built a dataset of licensed vets around each location, worked out which markets could actually support a hire, and ran the outreach. They made 20+ hires in 12 months, and stopped sending most of that work to outside recruiters.
