Founded in 2019 by Dr. Owen Allphin and his family, Forty32 Animal Hospital and Surgery Center was built on a commitment to exceptional veterinary care, and personal service. Owen, the son of a longtime veterinarian, and his brother Aaron, our Office Manager, are proud to operate a locally owned family business. What started in a small house converted into a veterinary clinic has grown into a state-of-the-art animal hospital serving pets and families throughout Northwest Arkansas
