Overview

We are a family-owned and operated full-service veterinary hospital in Phoenix that was founded to provide an alternative to the ever-changing practice of veterinary medicine. With large corporate takeovers within our industry, private practitioners are becoming ever more obsolete. Our goal is to put the personal touch back into veterinary practice. We offer a more well-rounded approach to veterinary medicine in hopes to provide the best options available to maintain your pet's overall health and well-being

At Paradise Point Animal Hospital, our story is one of dedication, compassion, and a commitment to bringing personalized veterinary care to families in our community, whether at our animal hospital or right at your doorstep. In 2019, Dr. Desiree Garthe faced a major turning point in her veterinary career. After more than 15 years of practicing at Shea Animal Hospital, the practice was sold to a large corporate group. She made the heartfelt decision to step away and follow her own path. Dr. Garthe launched her own mobile service: Dr. Garthe On The Go—later renamed Veterinarians On The Go. Within two years, Paradise Point Animal Hospital opened its doors. Located in the heart of the community Dr. Garthe has served for over 20 years, this architecturally modern hospital offers expanded services while maintaining the same personalized, compassionate approach. Veterinarians On The Go continues to operate three days a month, serving clients within a 7-mile radius of the hospital

Mission — Our dedication is to providing compassionate, convenient, and comprehensive veterinary care that truly meets your family's needs
