Overview

Littlerock Pet Clinic exists to make spay and neuter accessible, affordable, and judgment-free for our community. We believe prevention is the most powerful way to reduce suffering, keep animals with their families, and ease the strain on our local shelters. Built by the community, for the community, our clinic is here to create lasting change at the source

Nearly a decade ago, after moving from Santa Clarita to the Antelope Valley, Cas began noticing something that deeply unsettled her — stray animals lining the roads week after week, with no one stopping to help. It was a stark contrast to what she had known before, where a loose dog meant neighbors pulling over and stepping in. In the AV, the need felt constant, overwhelming, and largely unanswered. What began as rescue work soon revealed a larger truth: we cannot rescue our way out of overpopulation. When LA County implemented managed intake policies in 2019, limiting shelter admissions without providing meaningful resources in return, Cas realized the community needed something sustainable. She advocated locally, petitioned city leadership, and ultimately decided that if the resource didn’t exist — she would build it. Littlerock Pet Clinic was created not as a corporate hospital, but as a mission-driven solution. It exists to provide accessible, high-quality spay and neuter services to a community that desperately needs them. Serving Our Community Since February 2026
