Dr. Lisa was introduced to a long-standing neighborhood hospital whose owner was preparing to retire and had declined corporate offers in order to keep the practice community based. Their shared values led her to take over the clinic and make thoughtful improvements to the space, creating a calmer, more supportive experience for pets and the people who love them
