Monterey Peninsula Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center is a privately owned, community focused general practice, emergency, critical care and specialty service facility which has been delivering the most advanced veterinary care to the Monterey Peninsula community since 2005. Dr. Katja Herrmann founded the Monterey Peninsula Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center in 2004, moving the existing emergency clinic into a new, state-of-the-art facility in 2005

Mission — To provide the best care for each individual patient by combining the unique expertise of each specialist with a teamwork approach to patient care and utilization of the latest medical technology in a compassionate and caring environment
