Although Oasis is a new hospital, the expertise behind it is anything but new. Our founders Dr. Jas Mattu and Manuel 'Manny' Garcia bring over 60 years of combined experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare leadership, hospital ownership, and team mentorship. Together, they’ve shaped some of Southern California’s most respected veterinary hospitals.
