Summit Veterinary Surgery Service was founded by Dr. Justin Uhl DVM, MS, DACVS-SA, to provide mobile surgery services to local veterinarian hospitals in the greater Sacramento area, in effort to lend to advanced surgical procedures to be completed on your pet with the support of your regular/family veterinarian.
