Founded in 2017 by Dr. Phoenix Watt, the crazy cat lady who went to veterinary school. Dr. Phoenix's road to becoming a doctor has been long and winding, starting with night classes at Grossmont College in 1982, and finishing with the granting of her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2017 from LA’s Western University of Health Sciences. At fifty-six years old, she was the oldest member of her graduating class
