Dr. Jeff Alwen came to the San Luis Obispo area with his wife Rosanne and two sons late in 2002. After falling in love with the area they purchased the Broad Street clinic in January 1, 2003 and Edna Valley Veterinary, which later merged and became Edna Valley Veterinary Clinic and Surgical Services
