What reviewers say

88% Positive sentiment
based on 258 reviews

The 24-hour emergency hospital features an innovative, open-concept floor plan that allows owners to remain closely by their pets' sides throughout treatments, procedures, and overnight stays. The facility is consistently described as exceptionally clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The entire staff—from front desk receptionists and veterinary nurses to the attending doctors—is widely regarded as deeply compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and transparent regarding treatment options and associated costs. While emergency care inherently commands higher pricing, many visitors find the transparent estimates, thorough explanations, and compassionate bedside manner well worth the investment during stressful medical crises.
