Our clinic opened in late July of 2009 mentored by the ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance based in Asheville, NC. Donations from the public, a legacy from The Abandoned Cat Team's founder, Holly Pyle, and significant grant funding from PetSmart Charities of Phoenix, Arizona, as well as thousands of hours of work by volunteers who shared our mission brought our clinic into being and keep it running every day
Mission — Ending the killing of over 15,000 homeless dogs, cats, kittens, puppies and all feral cats every year at San Joaquin shelters by preventing future births of unwanted litters
