What began as a modest urgent care service, AVSG Internal Medicine & Emergency/Critical Care has evolved over the years to meet our community's expanding veterinary needs. Responding to increasing demand, we enhanced our capabilities by adding board-certified specialists and emergency vets to our team. In March 2025, we transformed into a comprehensive 24/7 emergency and critical care facility, with an exceptional team of veterinarians, technicians, and client service representatives dedicated to serving Orange County pets
