Joybound People & Pets is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to forming, supporting, elevating, and celebrating the human-animal bond through cat and dog rescue and adoption and services such as training and veterinary care, food and supply assistance, therapy and service-animal programs, and rich learning resources for all pet families

On March 1, 2023, Joybound People & Pets (formerly known as Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation) ceased all affiliation with Tony La Russa and the LaRussa family

Mission — Joybound's mission is to inspire and nurture the human-animal bond and bring people and animals together to enrich each other's lives
