What reviewers say

55% Mixed sentiment
based on 265 reviews

This 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary hospital features modern, state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated team of medical professionals who deliver compassionate, attentive critical care during high-stress situations. The hospital excels in complex internal medicine, neurology, ophthalmology, surgery, and end-of-life support, offering clean waiting areas with amenities. However, service consistency varies significantly due to high costs, frequent billing disputes, extended wait times during peak hours, and occasional communication lapses regarding diagnostic results and follow-up care.
