Some practices are built around a business plan. Ours was built around a problem we kept seeing and eventually couldn't ignore. We live in Coal Creek Canyon, which means we know firsthand what it's like to load a stressed dog into a car, wind down mountain roads, and arrive at a clinic already knowing your pet is exhausted before the visit even begins. We felt that. We watched it happen with our own senior dog, and it was stressful for us, we wanted to do better as pet parents. We knew there had to be a better way. So in early 2025, we built one. Altitude Animal Aid is our answer a mobile veterinary practice built around one simple idea: that pets do better when they're cared for at home
