Heritage Equine is a product of 3 consecutive generations of veterinarians in the Luedke Family. Dr. Bret's late grandfather, Dr. Albert Luedke was a veterinarian. Bret's father, Dr. Dennis Luedke, is an equine veterinarian in Glenwood Springs, CO and owned Glenwood Veterinary Clinic for over 25 years. Bret's sister, Dr. Lauren Luedke, is an equine surgeon at Colorado State University. Her husband, Dr. Nicholas Ruocco, is a small animal veterinarian in Northern Colorado
