Delmarva Equine Clinic strives to provide the highest level of diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative care to all horses, from top level athletes to the family companion. Serving Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland since 1986
Delmarva Equine Clinic was started by Dr. Jan Sosnowski in 1986. For 3 years it was run out of her house in Laurel, Delaware. By the end of the first year, she worked six days a week and Delmarva Equine quickly became a two doctor practice. The practice then moved from the house in Laurel to her garage in Camden. A small animal hospital in Dover was purchased, remodeled, and enlarged in 1994 thus moving the office to its present location. The building was remodeled once again in 2013. Reflecting Dr. Sosnowski’s interest, the practice has always emphasized sport horse medicine and reproduction
