Overview

Our veterinarian, Dr. John Taylor, and his staff at Pet First Animal Hospital believe you should expect high quality veterinary care and extraordinary service. We have achieved our goal to bring together a veterinary health care team that is devoted to providing warm, hospitable customer service and sympathetic care towards your pets. We also maintain an outstanding work environment for our employees, who are wholeheartedly devoted to making sure your pets are well taken care of

Pet First Animal Hospital has been serving Bradenton, Myakka City, Lakewood Ranch, Ellenton, Palmetto, Parrish, Oneco, Samoset, and Sarasota for over 30 years! Our building is actually an old house that was built in the 1950's, and was later converted to a veterinarian clinic. The building looks like a little doll house and is situated on a well kept yard with beautiful foliage and native plants. Having an Old-Florida vintage feel to our veterinarian clinic separates us from all of the other veterinarians around town. Pet First Animal Hospital is currently in the process of remodeling! So far we have finished the flooring, our pharmacy is complete, we have a new bathing station, new paint throughout, and the treatment room is complete. Our current project is finalizing the lighting throughout the veterinary clinic
