Dr. Taylor was hired as a veterinary technician by Three Oaks Veterinary in 2005 and remained with the hospital through 2008. She attended University of Florida for her bachelors degree before gaining admission to Ross University School of Medicine for her veterinary degree. After three years, she transferred back to the University of Florida, where she studied for her final year to become a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Taylor returned to the clinic in 2014, this time as a full-fledged veterinarian and purchased the practice in April 2023
