Dr. Milton McKelvie and the doctors of Viscaya-Prado Vet Hospital have been working to keep your pets healthy and happy ever since the clinic was founded in 1977. In 1985 Dr McKelvie purchased the Viscaya-Prado Veterinary Hospital
