Overview
Okaloosa Animal Clinic is a full-service veterinary medical facility located in Crestview, Florida
The Okaloosa Animal Clinic was opened by Dr. John Renfro in 1983. Upon his retirement in 2004, Dr. Elizabeth Conrad began serving the Crestview and surrounding communities. In 2014, we moved into a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital located on the site where the first human hospital in Okaloosa County once stood. This new building allowed us to expand our services and increase the care offered to our patients
