Brentwood Animal Clinic has been owned and operated by Dr. Philip C. Hightman since 1987. Dr. Hightman is a graduate of the University of Illinois. A few years after graduation, Dr. Hightman relocated to Jacksonville to be close to his family. In 1990, Dr. Hightman was drawn towards holistic medicine so that he could offer both traditional and alternative medicine to his patients
