Overview

Low Cost Spay & Neuter for Dogs and Cats. We take pride in providing low-cost Spay/Neuter with high standards of veterinary care. We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit In Kissimmee, FL

It started in 2001. One person, one vision, one animal at a time. Founder Gloria Wade was determined to end pet homelessness and reduce animal overpopulation in Central Florida. In 2002, the organization she founded (The Animal Welfare Alliance of Central Florida) was instrumental in convincing the commissioners of Seminole County to eliminate the practice of adopting out intact animals from the County Animal Shelter. This in turn brought the benefits of spaying and neutering to the community's attention. From then to 2013, with the help of her sister (Joan Frazier), the organization has supported many spay/neuter programs and assisted hundreds of pet owners in need. In 2014, the organization was re-named and re-structured to be more efficient and more effective. Today, under the name SNiP-it, we are still focused on the vision of assisting the residents of Central Florida with low cost, easy access spay/neuter options. While our name has changed, our mission has not!

Mission — Our Mission remains to provide Central Florida residents with humane solutions to the pet overpopulation problem through education and by offering low cost spay/neuter services and veterinary care

What reviewers say

83% Positive sentiment
based on 1,014 reviews

This independent veterinary practice provides low-cost spay, neuter, and vaccination services to the community with an efficient curbside drop-off and pick-up system. The staff is widely regarded as compassionate, welcoming, and attentive to pets and owners alike. Services are exceptionally affordable compared to traditional animal hospitals, though scheduling appointments often requires significant advance planning, and communication via phone can be difficult. Drop-off lines and wait times in vehicles can occasionally be lengthy, but the organization maintains a strong focus on high-volume pet sterilization and community welfare.
