Dr. Ken Cox was raised on a farm in Texas. He attended Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine graduating in 1980 with the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. After 18 years of practice in Texas, he decided to move to Florida. The small town and friendly atmosphere of New Smyrna Beach was the perfect place to establish a practice. The Animal Clinic of New Smyrna Beach was opened in 2001
