Dr. Sullivant has been at our Palm Harbor veterinary clinic since 2002. The hospital was founded in 1980 by Dr. Jezek who retired in 2014. Today we carry on his tradition of patient oriented veterinary medicine, where each cat and dog is more than just a patient – they’re family. In a world of corporate practices, we’re locally owned and proud of it! As the original Vet Clinic in Palm Harbor we have deep roots in the community that have allowed us to treat up to three generations of clients with their pets.
