Frankford Animal Clinic was founded in 1983 by veterinarian Dr. Lowe. In 2007, Dr. Gillespie purchased Frankford Animal Clinic from Dr. Lowe, and since then, he has provided clients and patients of the Bay County community with quality and compassionate medical care
