All Paws Animal Clinic opened it's doors for business in July 2002 and has rapidly grown into a well-established and respected veterinary hospital in the Western communities of Palm Beach County. Dr. Strathman, our Owner and Medical Director, attended the University of Florida through 10 years of rigorous studies culminating as a graduate from the UF College of Veterinary Medicine with her DVM licensure. In her teen years, Dr. Strathman was an active leader in the local 4-H and FFA youth organizations. The positive influence of being an avid equestrian guided her academic focus to equine medicine immediately after vet school. With a strong desire for practice ownership and being passionate about cultivating her love for companion animals, Dr. Strathman transitioned to small animal medicine and for several years practiced in both the corporate and private hospital settings. Her love for companion animals brought her to us here at All Paws Animal Clinic in Royal Palm Beach FL and we are so grateful to have her as our new owner. With her business background, in 2020 Dr. Strathman founded a culture consulting firm for private practice animal hospitals
