Overview

Our mission is to provide comprehensive high quality veterinary care with emphasis on exceptional client service and patient care

The original hospital dates all the way back to its inception in 1955 with Dr Lee who worked as a solo practitioner seeing large and small animals for many years on the outskirts of Tallahassee. In 1988, Dr George Simmons purchased the practice within a very short period of working with Dr Lee. He was grateful for his time with this seasoned veterinarian and like Dr Lee, continued the hospital as a solo practitioner until 1990 when he began adding well-rounded partners every few years. Dr Fullerton, Dr Burkhead and Dr Hagood have helped Dr Simmons mentor over 35 technicians throughout the years who have become veterinarians here and across the country. The 10 veterinarians working together today are our most valuable asset, ensuring your pet’s care when most needed
