Every dream has a beginning, and in order to understand the origin of Marano Animal Hospital, you have to get to know the owner and veterinarian, Dr. Jason Marano. Dr. Marano has been passionate about animals since he was a young child and decided in high school that he wanted to dedicate his life to their care and well-being. He believes that the most influential force in his life leading him down this path was his mother, who was also his best friend. Dr. Marano's mother (known to everyone as Ma) was an avid animal lover and enthusiast who appreciated the innocence and unconditional love that our pets provide daily. It was their lifelong dream to open a family-run veterinary hospital that would work to ensure the well-being of these very special rays of light. Unfortunately, Dr. Marano's mother has since passed from cancer, but he has vowed to continue to pursue their dream with the opening of Marano Animal Hospital. The hospital is dedicated to his mother's memory, and the initials 'MAH' will serve as a reminder of her presence as 'MA's Hospital!'
