Overview
Spay Neuter Vets is Alpharetta's dedicated outpatient surgical clinic for dogs and cats — a team whose workday is built around surgery. We're not a full-service hospital or an ER. We're a focused out-patient surgical center — performing planned procedures with consistency, care, and a commitment to making quality surgical care accessible to every pet owner in North Metro Atlanta and its surrounding cities
Spay Neuter Vets opened in Alpharetta initially focused as a spay and neuter clinic — and that surgical discipline has never changed. What has changed is the scope. We now offer a broader range of outpatient soft-tissue procedures for dogs and cats, because the same focus and consistency that makes our spay and neuter program trusted is exactly what your pet needs for any planned surgery
Mission — Our mission is to provide focused, high-quality outpatient surgical care for dogs and cats with an approach that is thoughtful, transparent, and accessible. We work to remove common barriers around surgery, whether that means uncertainty, logistics, communication, or cost, while keeping patient safety and humane care at the center of every case. We also believe pet owners deserve easy-to-understand guidance, honest expectations, and a clear understanding of whether our clinic is the right fit for their pet
