The Emergency Vets is a 24-hour emergency veterinarian in Atlanta, GA, providing dedicated emergency and critical care from our animal hospital in Decatur. We are the only privately owned emergency and critical care veterinary hospital in the metro Atlanta area, and our entire focus is helping pets through urgent, life-threatening situations with skill and compassion

You may recognize our emergency team from years of caring for pets under The Village Vets name. While that larger group has changed ownership, this emergency hospital has stepped forward as its own independent practice. The veterinarians, the medical standards, and the commitment to pets have stayed the same. What’s new is a brand that fully reflects who we are and why we do this work
