Veterinary Behavior Consultants provides pet behavior counseling, medication management, and comprehensive treatment plans for dogs, cats, horses, pigs, birds, and other exotic companion animals. Dr. Seibert is the only board-certified veterinary behaviorist (animal psychiatrist) in the Atlanta metro area

Dr. Seibert received her Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in biochemistry from Indiana University, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM) from the University of Tennessee. She practiced general medicine and surgery and emergency medicine, before returning to graduate school and a residency program. Dr. Seibert completed Master’s (MS) and Doctoral (PhD) degrees in psychology, with a focus on neuroscience and animal behavior at the University of Georgia. She also completed a 3-year clinical residency in behavior medicine at the University of Georgia, leading to board-certification with the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists in 2001
