Innovative Veterinary Medicine (IVM) began very simply: a doctor and a tackle box filled with the tools of the trade. In the summer of 2006, under the banner, "Your living room is our waiting room," IVM set out to rediscover what made the veterinary profession so great. Leaving all the distractions of a modern hospital behind allowed IVM to truly focus on one patient at a time, heightening the bonding experience with clients and patients in the comfort of their own home. IVM built its foundation upon the strength of these early experiences. IVM grew quickly and in 2009 we faced the challenge of transitioning our unique client experience into a brick and mortar business. "Innovating the Art of Veterinary Medicine" became our new slogan. We created the gold standard for how we care for each patient and fine-tuned our foundation into the "Triple E": an Exceptional, Exclusive Experience. Our clients and patients haven't been the only beneficiaries of IVM's innovative approach; our employees enjoy a "joie de vivre" in their work (at IVM) which is palpable in every interaction. In 2020, IVM rose to the new challenge in the face of the pandemic. We redesigned our parking lot to create a circular flow and innovated our processes to adapt and keep our clients and employees as safe as possible from COVID-19. IVM is still evolving as we strive to improve the quality of our patients' lives and elevate the experience of both our clients and employees
