As board-certified veterinary internal medicine specialists, we have expertise in diagnosing and treating dogs and cats with complex chronic or acute internal medicine conditions–GI issues (IBD/stomach problems), liver disorders, UTIs, and more

We have proudly served clients and their pets in Savannah and surrounding communities for 10 years. In 2013, Dr. Woods decided to follow his passion and establish Savannah Veterinary Internal Medicine
