At Four Rivers Veterinary Center, we understand that your pets are an important part of your family. Our highly trained staff will treat you and your pets with professionalism and courtesy while providing you with the best veterinary care available. We offer a variety of services for both small and large animals with two locations to better serve you

Our Vidalia hospital officially opened its doors in August 2012 by Dr. Charles R. Faulk. Since that time, Dr. Faulk has worked hard to assemble a team of caring, compassionate and highly skillled veterinary professionals that share the same dedication of delivering the highest quality veterinary care while also building strong and lasting client relationships. In January 2014, we opened a second location in Baxley, Georgia, with the goal of providing veterinary care to the residents of the greater Appling County area
