In 1976, Dr. Cyrus Starch and Dr. James Yoder opened the doors to their second animal hospital in the greater Des Moines area. University West Pet Clinic in Clive, a sister clinic to Starch Pet Hospital, has been a staple of the community ever since, providing exceptional veterinary care and outstanding client service. In 1992, Dr. Starch and Dr. Yoder sold both practices to Dr. Brian Martz and Dr. Michael Henning
