Overview
Providing outstanding service with compassionate care, meeting the needs of both small pets and livestock in Forest City and surrounding communities
With roots extending back to the original dedicated endeavors of Dr. Gene Fjeld and then advanced with his daughter, Dr. Ceara Mullins, when she joined the practice in 2018. Our clinic has grown exponentially, both in infrastructure and in the trust of the communities we serve. In 2019 Ceara & Gene began plans for a bigger, more efficient clinic as they had outgrown the old clinic that was originally built in 1981, primarily as a hub for a mostly large animal practice at that time. In the fall of 2021 the beautiful new, spacious, Forest City Veterinary Clinic opened its doors on the south west side of Forest City

What reviewers say
Forest City Veterinary Clinic is a well-regarded independent practice offering compassionate, affordable, and high-quality medical care for pets. The facility is modern, clean, and equipped to handle routine check-ups, surgeries, and urgent care needs. The veterinary team and support staff are widely known for being kind, knowledgeable, and exceptional with animals, including anxious pets. While most experiences are overwhelmingly positive, occasional friction arises regarding front desk demeanor and after-hours availability for emergency situations. Overall, the practice remains a staple in the community for reliable and reasonably priced veterinary services.
