UPHR is a well-established and respected spot for all things animal needs, with the goal of 'affordable care' kept in mind

Dr. Anil Regmi founded UPHR in the early 2000s to fill a gap in the veterinary industry along with the addition of the first doggy daycare in the Des Moines metro and remains one of the few non-corporate, locally-owned hospital and resort of its kind
