Serving the Caldwell, Idaho community since 1957. In 1986, Dr. Pilcher became the owner and practice manager of Conger Small Animal Hospital. After years of planning and dedication, he led the development of a new, state-of-the-art facility on the same site, which opened in 2009 under the new name Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital
