VCA North Idaho began in a small house on Fourth Avenue and Church Street in downtown Sandpoint, Idaho. As our community grew, so did we. Under the leadership of our founding practice owners, Dr. Robert Pierce and Dr. Dawn Mehra, we expanded to a larger facility in Sandpoint, allowing us to better serve the region we've called home for over 25 years

Mission — We are dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care to pets and their families, ensuring a stress-free experience for every patient. Through ongoing education for our doctors and staff, along with a strong commitment to client education, we aim to offer personalized, top-tier options in preventative care, medicine, and surgery tailored to meet the unique needs of every pet and their owner
