Dr. John has over 20 years experience as a small animal veterinarian. Prior to purchasing Homestead Animal Hospital in the fall of 2020 he operated a mobile veterinary service for 6 years. At Homestead our aim is to combine the personalized care of the home veterinary service with all the advantages of a full service animal hospital, such as digital radiology, in-clinic bloodwork, laser therapy, and surgery. During his years as a mobile veterinarian Dr. John also provided care for charitable organizations, such as, Paws Assisting Wounded Warriors and the Illinois Bird Dog Rescue, two organizations we continue to assist through clinic care today
