Our animal hospital treats furry patients in the Greater Centralia area. Our clients depend on us to keep their pets in the greatest health possible, and we meet that need with compassionate care in a modern facility. Our veterinarians are some of the best in the state and our in-house pharmacy allows us to provide the medicine your pet needs with ease and convenience. We are full-service, offering everything from flea and tick treatment to pet surgery

Crooked Creek Animal Hospital was founded in October 1992. Our first appointments included providing a health certificate for a llama, treating an abscess on an iguana, and performing an exam on a cat. Originally located at the site of the current Centralia Humane Society, the practice quickly outgrew that facility. Construction on our new location began, and we officially opened in 2006
