We combine modern veterinary medicine with small-town service, offering personalized treatment that puts comfort, trust, and health at the center of everything we do

Since opening our doors in 2000, Crestline Veterinary Clinic has been dedicated to a simple but powerful mission: to combine modern veterinary medicine with the personalized, down-to-earth care of a true small-town practice. We are proud to be a trusted resource for the families of Charleston and the surrounding Central Illinois communities. Our clinic was founded on the understanding that this area is home to a wide range of beloved animals. We are just as dedicated to the wagging tails and curious whiskers of your household pets as we are to the health and well-being of the vital farm animals and livestock that are the backbone of our rural community
