Just Animals Vaccine Clinic

Just Animals is a non-profit no-kill animal shelter. We have been serving Grundy and surrounding Counties since 1997. All of our funding comes from donations and fundraisers. Each year we take in hundreds of cats and dogs that come in as strays off the street, from animal controls and owners that surrender them. Many of these animals have been neglected, abused and abandoned. Our goal is to provide the best medical care to mend their broken bodies, patience and love to rebuild their spirits, and when they are ready, offer them for adoption to a permanent, safe, loving home

Just Animals is a non-profit no-kill animal shelter. We have been serving Grundy and surrounding Counties since 1997. In 2009, the shelter started its Pet Vaccine Clinic Program. In May of 2013, we purchased a building in Mazon where we could house our cats. After nine months of extensive repair and remodeling, we officially moved into the new building on February 26, 2014. In February, 2017, our surgery room was finished and our Veterinary team began doing low cost spay and neuter clinics. In November, 2025, we opened a full service veterinary clinic next door to the shelter. In January, 2026, we are also able to offer low cost spay/neuter services along with our vaccine clinics in our East Peoria location
