River Forest Animal Hospital is a well-established, full service companion animal hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. It is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets, as well as early detection and treatment of diseases in senior animals
The hospital was originally built by Dr. John Gillespie in 1952 as Gillespie Animal Hospital. Dr. Lawrence Fox and Dr. Wayne Juhnke renamed the building 'River Forest Animal Hospital' and built a beautiful new facility just one block east of the original location in 1999
