We are a full-service veterinary practice and we are proud to offer a wide range of services for your furry family

Our history stems from an abiding interest in medicine, in helping to make the good better and the better best. We pride ourselves on compassionate care and quality services. SportsVet Animal Medical Center originated as a home-based canine rehabilitation practice in 2003. Dr. Jacobs traveled throughout the state of Illinois, performing canine rehabilitation for a select group of patients. In June of 2004, SportsVet was expanded into a full-service veterinary clinic and rehabilitation center. Dr. Jacobs was finally fulfilling his vision: to provide pets and their owners with compassionate veterinary care and canine rehabilitation in one convenient location
