Mission — The mission of Carter Veterinary Medical Center is to provide our patients with the highest possible quality of life through the most compassionate and comprehensive care available. Our doctors and staff will continually educate our clients so that they may better understand their pet's health needs and preventative care. Through education, we wish to increase every client's enjoyment of his or her pet.
