At Noah’s Caring Hands Animal Hospital at Geist, you’re more than just a number – you’re a part of our family
Noah’s Caring Hands Animal Hospital began in July of 1988 as Geist Animal Clinic. The practice was founded by Peter F. Veling, DVM in a 1200 square foot rental space located 5 doors down from Marsh in Geist Centre at the corner of Fox Road and Oaklandon Road and at the time, it offered only veterinary services. In 1996, Dr. Thomas and Noah’s opened a satellite clinic at 79th and Fall Creek, the purpose of which was to provide veterinary and grooming services to the many clients who trekked down Fall Creek to see us at the main location. In 2003, Dr. Veling’s Geist Animal Clinic moved into our current location on Sunnyside Road and changed names to become Caring Hands Pet Hospital. In 2009, Dr. Michael Thomas purchased Caring Hands and added it to the Noah’s Animal Hospital group. The satellite clinic at 79th and Fall Creek was merged with the Sunnyside location. At that point, Dr. Thomas and his team officially changed the name to Noah’s Caring Hands Animal Hospital, and we’ve been carrying on the solid reputation of quality care that has followed this hospital ever since
