For more than four decades, our locally trusted team has delivered comprehensive medical and surgical care for dogs and cats. Dr. Todd Clark founded Creekside in February 1982. Dr. Pamela Jackson purchased the clinic from Dr. Clark in 2008 and opened a second location in West Lafayette in 2016
